Both. We offer custom hosting under UPG Servicios and we also configure and optimize your account on GoDaddy, SiteGround, DonWeb, Hostinger, and others — without forcing migration if it does not make sense.
In the first consultation we review traffic, site type, budget, and related web services. We recommend what to purchase and, if you continue with us, we support you in configuring it — so you focus on your business or idea, not infrastructure.
We respond to form inquiries within 24 to 48 business hours with an initial assessment and next steps. If your case is urgent, noting that in your message helps us prioritize.
No. The first consultation is orientation: assessment and next steps with no obligation. If we move forward, we agree on scope, timeline, and fees in writing before touching production.
Based on scope and complexity: it can be a one-off task, an hour package, or monthly maintenance. We explain it clearly before starting, with no surprise charges for work outside what was agreed.
Not from the first message. Many inquiries are resolved with your site URL, screenshots, or a video call. If we need panel or admin access, we agree on it first, with clear scope and only for the work you hired.
We prefer temporary users or limited permissions when your provider allows it. If you share credentials, we use them only for the agreed task and recommend changing them when finished. We do not reuse them or store them in shared places without need.
Yes. You can delete the temporary user, change the password, or remove permissions in your panel at any time. When a project closes, we review together that no access remains open on our side.
We use your name, email, and message only to respond to your inquiry and follow up on the project. We do not sell data or add you to marketing lists.
We do not sell or transfer your data. We only work on providers you already use (hosting, domain, email, etc.) when that is part of the work and with your explicit authorization.
For tasks that affect production, we prioritize a backup or restore point when the environment allows it. We notify you before relevant changes and, if something requires a maintenance window, we coordinate it.
